IT Support Engineer Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled IT support engineer to join our team. As an IT support engineer, you will be responsible for administering Office365 environment with hands-on experience on the admin console management.

  • Administer Office365 Environment: You will administer Office365 environment with hands-on experience on the admin console management.
  • Implement and Manage Office365 Tools: You will implement and manage Office365 tools like OneDrive, Skype for Business, and Teams.
  • Familiarize with Office365 PowerShell Commands: You will familiarize yourself with Office365 PowerShell commands and possess hands-on experience.
  • Manage Windows Server AD, DNS, SQL Server, and Desktop-Related Issues: You will manage Windows Server AD, DNS, SQL Server, and desktop-related issues and configurations.
  • Have Basic Knowledge of Networking: You will have basic knowledge of networking, including routing policies and traffic flow.
  • Provide Remote Support: You will provide remote support to users in the US and Europe.
  • Utilize Remote Support Tools: You will utilize remote support tools such as TeamViewer and LogMeIn.
  • Demonstrate Excellent Communication Skills: You will demonstrate excellent communication skills.
  • Bonus Points for Knowledge of Firewall and Antivirus Consoles: Bonus points will be given for knowledge of Firewall and Antivirus consoles.

Functional Area:

  • IT Support Engineer: This role is part of the IT support engineering team.
  • Global IT Support: You will provide global IT support to users in the US and Europe.
  • Office 365 Administration: You will administer Office365 environment with hands-on experience on the admin console management.
  • Cloud Administration: You will administer cloud-based infrastructure.
  • SQL Server Management: You will manage SQL Server instances.
