Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in strategic planning processes including demand forecasting, supply chain optimization, and distribution logistics.
  • Collaborate with channel and category teams to gather forecasts for upcoming quarters.
  • Develop inventory plans at warehouse level based on forecasts.
  • Monitor inventory levels and plan purchase orders and inter-warehouse stock transfers.
  • Coordinate with the packaging team for procurement of packaging materials.

Requirements:

  • Ability to independently manage analytical tasks related to planning.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel.
  • Experience in supply chain management and distribution logistics.
  • Strong communication skills with adaptability in fast-paced environments.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree / MBA in Supply Chain Management or Operations.
  • 0–3 years of overall experience.
