Job Description:

Detailed Responsibilities and Key Objectives:

  • Demonstrate extensive knowledge of clients' current operations, business objectives, and future prospects.
  • Understand Custodians, Retirement, and Hedge Fund industry trends and client issues to support go-to-market initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Sales teams on new opportunities by providing market research, business analysis, presales, and client profiling support.
  • Develop proposals and solutions for proactive RFP/RFI responses and CXO meetings.
  • Present prospect-relevant presentations and solution demonstrations in-person and remotely.
  • Lead the development of overall solutions (domain and technical) to create a winning proposition.
  • Negotiate conversations with Sr. IT and Business Stakeholders in customer organizations.
  • Provide high-level estimates (effort and time) at the solution, architecture, and design level.
  • Take ownership of opportunities from inception to delivery handover, collaborating with various teams (Sales/Delivery/Horizontals/Legal etc.).
  • Analyze stakeholders, align internal resources to identify prospect traits, and determine effective influence strategies.
  • Represent the BFSI vertical in client meetings, visits, providing an overview of offerings & engagements, and identifying new business opportunities.
  • Support inside sales/marketing teams on campaigns/lead generation activities with domain expertise.
  • Maintain awareness of key industry trends & market disruptors and develop a personal viewpoint on evolving business needs in the BFS domain space.
  • Autor whitepapers or webinars to establish thought leadership.

Expertise Required:

  • At least 18 years of experience in the BFSI space with strong domain understanding in Institutional Assets and Retirement Services.
  • Good understanding of functional and technical architectures to craft strong solutions.
  • Presales experience in building proposals for BFSI clients, with extensive experience in providing technology solutions to business problems in the IARS space.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Familiarity with new technology trends like GenAI, AI/ML, RPA, etc.
  • Strong understanding of architectures and integration capabilities with backend systems related to the segment.
  • Willingness to work from specified job locations as a base location and readiness to undertake short domestic and international travels across locations.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with geographically distributed teams across time zones and countries.
  • Hands-on work experience.
