Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance and Reliability Engineer to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To obtain maintenance data for Boiler and Turbine areas, evaluating maintenance performance and proposing corrective actions as needed
  • To continuously monitor contract benchmarks and suggest required services to sites
  • To maintain centralized data on equipment details and monthly maintenance performance
  • To plan external and internal services for BTG sites based on requirements
  • To evaluate the mechanical team's performance for various maintenance jobs
  • To provide support at site during major shutdowns and regularly monitor preventive and maintenance work
  • To review site planning for monthly and annual spares and consumables requirements
  • To arrange spares for equipment and update indents in cooperation with stores and purchase departments

 

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong technical knowledge of power generation equipment and maintenance processes
  • Familiarity with maintenance management systems and data analysis tools
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
