Job Title: Mechanical (Utility Compr & Blower, Cooling Tower) Engineer/Sr. Engineer

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Engineer/Sr. Engineer to join our team in the field of Utility Compressors and Blowers. The ideal candidate will have experience in planning, scheduling, and monitoring maintenance activities for compressor blowers.

  • Organize and monitor maintenance activities for compressor blowers to ensure optimal use of resources and achieve customer satisfaction.
  • Plan and schedule jobs to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address technical issues.
Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Coordinating and monitoring the operation and maintenance of water supply systems to ensure timely and efficient delivery of water to plant and colony.
  • Maintaining the quality of water by regularly monitoring parameters and taking corrective action as needed.
  • Regulating water supply to maintain uniform pressure across quarters.
  • Identifying and sealing water leakage points to prevent waste and ensure efficiency.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must possess:

  • A degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in mechanical engineering, preferably in a utility-based industry.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
