Project Design Lead

You will play a pivotal role in overseeing the design and development of multiple projects.

Your responsibilities include conceptualizing project designs, guiding their development, and collaborating with various departments to finalize designs within specified timelines.

You will work closely with internal teams and external consultants to ensure seamless project execution and effective communication.

A key aspect of this position is managing project documentation, including preparing and reviewing working drawings and details within stipulated timeframes.

You will be responsible for documenting necessary certifications such as RERA, EC, and IGBC, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Frequent site visits during the construction phase will be required to monitor quality of work against specifications and working drawings.

In leading a team of architects and draughtsmen, you will guide them to deliver projects on time while maintaining exceptional quality standards.

To excel in this position, you should possess strong design skills, excellent communication abilities, and effective leadership qualities.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in project management, attention to detail, creativity, and knowledge of development control regulations, EC, and IGBC.
