Lead Engineer Project Management

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Engineer to oversee the management of complex engineering projects. The successful candidate will have a strong background in project planning, execution, and delivery.

  • The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, with experience in managing cross-functional teams.
  • A strong understanding of mechanical engineering principles is essential, particularly in engine design and development for off-road and agricultural vehicles.
  • The ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels is crucial, as well as possessing good problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning: Develop and implement project plans, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence.
  • Team Leadership: Provide guidance and support to team members, promoting a culture of innovation and collaboration.
  • Design and Development: Oversee the design and development of powertrain-related components and assemblies, working closely with engineers and designers.
  • Collaboration: Foster effective communication and collaboration among team members, stakeholders, and suppliers.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the automotive or agricultural industry.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
