AI Research Engineer Position

This is an exciting opportunity to join a cutting-edge research and development team focused on Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Natural Language Processing (NLP).

The ideal candidate will have a passion for AI and NLP, with expertise in developing state-of-the-art Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI models that integrate multiple data modalities.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and fine-tune LLMs and AI models for complex NLP tasks, including text-to-speech applications and multimodal integration.
  • Participate in experiments to test new algorithms, architectures, and techniques for enhancing the naturalness and responsiveness of TTS systems.
Model Design & Optimization
  • Develop and optimize AI models for scalability, efficiency, and deployment in real-world production systems, ensuring seamless interaction between components in agentic workflows.
  • Experiment with novel methods in model training, domain adaptation, and performance evaluation to enhance the effectiveness of TTS systems.
Collaboration & Learning
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and data science, to translate research insights into tangible products that utilize AI and NLP technologies within agentic workflows.
  • Engage in a culture of learning and innovation, contributing to team knowledge sharing on AI, NLP, and agentic AI systems.
  • Collaborate with external research communities, potentially contributing to conferences and publications in the fields of AI, NLP, and agentic AI systems.
