Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Advanced AI Researcher to spearhead the development of cutting-edge AI solutions, drive innovation, and ensure the scalability and reliability of our deployed models.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop sophisticated AI algorithms and models that meet business needs.
  • Drive end-to-end AI projects from data preparation to deployment, ensuring seamless integration with existing infrastructure.
  • Apply LLMs, transformers, and other GenAI techniques to solve complex business problems.
  • Mentor junior researchers in technical delivery, promoting knowledge sharing and expertise growth.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into actionable AI strategies.
  • Ensure model performance, accuracy, and maintainability, leveraging DevOps practices and cloud platforms.
  • Stay current with AI advancements, evaluating their applicability and potential impact on the organization.

Required Skills:

  • Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, and related libraries.
  • Deep understanding of NLP, LLM fine-tuning, transformers, and GenAI frameworks.
  • Experience with MLOps, model deployment, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Strong knowledge of data engineering concepts, feature engineering, and large-scale data handling.
  • Experience with vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate) and orchestration tools (LangChain, LlamaIndex).
