Creative Coordinator Partner Marketing APAC

The Partner Marketing team at Netflix drives acquisition and retention through a series of marketing and promotional activities with Operator brands across APAC. As a Marketing Partnerships Coordinator APAC, you will work with a variety of cross-functional internal partners, vendors, and external distribution partners to ensure the success of these campaigns.
The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working autonomously to meet daily and long-term deadlines. They should have a strong attention to detail, with excellent verbal and written communication skills, and a bias to action, being proactive and innovative by nature.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Asset Management Expert. Drive efficiency and best practices in asset management and fulfillment both internally and externally.
- Operational Strategist. Proactively identify issues and opportunities to improve how we support partner campaigns across Netflix APAC.
- Cross-Functional Coordination. Balance the short and long-term needs of multiple cross-functional teams, leading and managing communication and workflow on creative projects.
Requirements
- Minimum 6+ years experience in an entertainment or agency environment.
- Ability to cultivate relationships and communicate efficiently across multiple cross-functional partners.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders and prioritize tasks and escalate issues as needed.
