As a seasoned Creative Lead, you will be part of a talented team that crafts innovative and compelling creative solutions for one of the largest video-sharing platforms. Our goal is to create work that is impossible to ignore.

About the Role

We are seeking an award-winning Creative Lead to lead our in-house APAC Creative Team. You will be responsible for developing and managing a team of creatives, partnering closely with brand marketing professionals, and overseeing all aspects of the creative process from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hands-on art direction and execution of integrated campaigns/projects
  • Leading and inspiring a small but mighty creative team, external agencies, and production teams to deliver extraordinary work
  • Directly managing and leading a team of creatives across graphic design, copywriting, photography, motion/film, experiential, editorial, and interactive disciplines
  • Developing quarterly and annual goals and strategic plans for the team, implementing necessary processes and resources to achieve goals
  • Partnering with the Head of Creative on the client's end to ensure the brand's creative vision is consistent with their broader company vision and initiatives
  • Partnering with Strategy Lead, Operations Lead, and Exec Producers to guide operations of the team, including planning, recruiting, and resourcing
  • Creating a blueprint for the team's continued regional growth and recruiting the best creatives and contract collaborators
  • Fostering a respectful and collaborative environment, mentoring discipline leads on the team, ensuring alignment on all projects and both team and individual goals
About You

We are looking for a highly strategic and creative individual with a strong track record of developing and managing teams of creatives. You should have an award-winning portfolio that highlights original breakthrough thinking and ideas. You should be a great partner and strong collaborator who can navigate a matrixed organisation with ease and build successful relationships with stakeholders.

You should possess excellent management skills, experience inspiring creative teams with a strong vision, and empowering individuals to achieve their best work. You should also have a strong design process and experience working toward solutions across various media. Additionally, you should be flexible and dependable, with exceptional verbal and written English communications and presentation skills, and ideally fluent in another Asian language to cover projects spanning key regional markets.
