Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our team at Keiretsu Advisory Services. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and connecting with existing and potential channel partners in Mumbai and outstation areas.

Key Responsibilities:
• Revive relationships with old channel partners through in-person meetings
• Acquire new channel partners from prospective territories
• Host site orientations and meetings to build comfort and trust
• Activate channel partners to generate leads and walk-ins

Required Skills and Qualifications:
• 3-5 years of experience in real estate sales
• At least 2 years of experience in channel partner management
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to analyze market trends and competitor information
• Collaborative mindset with a focus on teamwork
