About the role:

We are seeking a skilled Webflow Developer to create high-quality web experiences that drive conversion goals, page performance, and responsive design. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with designers to develop engaging online experiences for our leads and customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with designers and the marketing team to develop web pages and landing page concepts.
  • Monitor site performance, run regular audits, and measure conversion, traffic, bounce rates, and provide actionable suggestions.
  • Create innovative interactive concepts in Webflow using your observations and learning.
  • Work with content, design, and product teams to deliver cohesive online experiences.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and innovations in the industry.

Requirements:

  • 3-7 years of experience working with Webflow to develop responsive websites.
  • Expertise in web design fundamentals, including typography, color, layout, accessibility, and responsive design, with the ability to follow brand guidelines and prioritize brand consistency.
  • Experience with design tools such as Figma.
  • Understanding of SEO principles, including backlinking, keyword rankings, and ever-changing SEO trends.
  • Proficiency in custom code with HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
  • Experience working with automations, third-party tools, and Webflow integrations to enhance web functionality and marketing effectiveness.
  • Exceptional technical problem-solving skills and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent portfolio demonstrating successful website design and development with a focus on brand and marketing sites.
