Job Role: Senior QA Automation Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior QA Automation Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our automation squad, you will play a vital role in designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality automated testing frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop automated testing frameworks using Cypress and JavaScript
  • Collaborate closely with development teams to ensure seamless integration with CI/CD pipelines
  • Develop and maintain test automation scripts to ensure comprehensive coverage of application functionality
  • Identify and report defects, providing clear and concise reproduction steps and expected results
  • Participate in code reviews to ensure high-quality code and adherence to best practices

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • 6+ years of relevant experience in software/web application testing in an agile environment
  • At least 3 years of experience with automation tools: Selenium (Ruby), Cypress, Playwright
  • Strong hands-on coding skills in JavaScript/TypeScript/Java/Python
  • Deep understanding of JavaScript, CSS, web standards, and REST API testing

Nice to Have:

  • Experience configuring and extending Jenkins with custom plugins
  • Knowledge of enterprise automation (parallelism, distribution)
  • Familiarity with client-side MVC frameworks
  • Server-side development exposure (preferably ASP.NET)
