Job Overview

The Werum PAS-X MES engineer plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of manufacturing execution systems. As an expert in PAS-X system administration and configuration, you will be responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining the system on server-client architecture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Install and configure WERUM PAS-X on server-client architecture with expertise in PAS-X system administration and configuration, ideally based on version 3.1.8, 3.2.1, 3.30.
  • Configure service settings and user synchronization with LDAP/AD.
  • Manage printing, system console, and master data efficiently.

Additional Tasks

  • Integrate SAP-MES interface and manage import/export processes effectively.
  • Understand file exchange mechanisms and database architecture to ensure seamless integration.
  • Maintain system life cycle documentation and troubleshoot technical issues promptly.
  • Provide hypercare support for post-go-live issues to ensure system stability.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • PAS-X application installation and troubleshooting expertise.
  • WERUM PAS-X Installation qualifications and version upgradation knowledge.
  • Familiarity with pharmaceutical manufacturing knowledge and ISA95/S88 standards.
  • Proficiency in ITIL concepts, Agile project management, and GxP regulations.
