ERP Systems Analyst Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled ERP Systems Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for gathering requirements, designing screen layouts, and creating testing plans for ERP web and mobile application modules.

Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in ERP systems, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with international teams. The successful candidate will also possess a foundational understanding of AI technologies and experience with large language model (LLM) prompt creation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather and document business requirements for ERP web and mobile app modules, including AI integration.
  • Conduct gap analysis to align business needs with technical capabilities.
  • Define and document requirements for AI-driven functionalities within ERP modules.
  • Work with AI specialists to ensure seamless integration of AI features.
  • Leverage knowledge of LLMs to create and optimize prompts for AI-driven functionalities.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years as a Systems Analyst or similar role focusing on ERP systems.
  • Demonstrated experience in creating screen layouts and testing plans for ERP applications.
  • Foundational understanding of AI technologies and experience with LLM prompt creation is a significant advantage.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in tools like Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or design tools like Sketch/Figma.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and their modular structures.
  • Knowledge of testing frameworks and methodologies.
  • Developer background and cursory knowledge of SQL.
