Job Overview:

This role requires a skilled technical professional with expertise in ERP systems, specifically Infor XA. The ideal candidate will have experience working with Synon code development tools, RPG, CL, ILE, SQLRPGLE, SQL/400, Query/400, DB2/400, and DFU.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Translate functional specifications into technical solutions to customize Infor XA.
  • Support users across all ERP XA modules, addressing queries and issues efficiently.
  • Manage daily application health, ensuring system uptime, responsiveness, and resolving break/fix issues.
  • Develop and test customizations, suggesting corrections and improvements.
  • Expertise in SQL queries, performance tuning, and IDF framework is essential.
  • Familiarity with inventory management, purchasing, production monitoring, master scheduling, MRP, ecommerce, supply chain, and manufacturing execution is necessary.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills are required.
  • Candidate should be able to coach and mentor other developers and analysts on best practices and development fundamentals.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years of technical experience is mandatory.
  • Excellent understanding of Control Language & OS/400 commands is essential.
  • Experience with SFTP Process, MQ Series, XCOM, and working with XML files is preferred.
  • Must be fluent in English.
  • Good to have: Assist in ERP and Business Systems software installation/upgrade plans.
