We're seeking a skilled ERP implementation specialist to spearhead the technical setup, configuration, and optimization of our Zoho One platform. This role demands both technical expertise and a profound understanding of business processes.

The chosen specialist will lead the following key initiatives:

  • Configuring Zoho Books, Inventory, and Creator to support invoicing, accounts receivable/payable, inventory management, cylinder tracking, and customer relationship management.
  • Migrating customer, product, and transaction data from our legacy system with utmost accuracy and integrity.
  • Developing custom modules, workflows, and automations tailored to our operations.
  • Integrating Zoho with third-party tools such as payment gateways, e-commerce platforms, and logistics providers as required.
  • Conducting thorough testing, training, and supporting team members during the rollout phase.

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

  • Proven experience in implementing Zoho One solutions, particularly with Zoho Books, Inventory, and Creator.
  • Proficiency in ERP migration, workflow automation, and custom module development.
  • In-depth knowledge of inventory and rental asset tracking.
  • Exceptional communication and training skills.
  • Ability to collaborate live with our team over Zoom for real-time collaboration, troubleshooting, and approvals.
  • Familiarity with Loom, Zoom, WhatsApp, and Zoho One.
