About the Role

Job Title: Project Manager – MS Dynamics 365 Finance

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and document meetings, ensuring clear communication among stakeholders.
  • Track and monitor project plans, issues, and risks to deliver timely updates and resolution of blockers.
  • Establish open communication channels with stakeholders to ensure accountability and resolve escalations effectively.
  • Monitor and mitigate risks and dependencies, escalating them appropriately to leadership as needed.
  • Assign clear ownership for action items to ensure effective project governance.
  • Support collaboration between business, IT, and vendor teams across multiple workstreams.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 3–5 years of experience in project coordination or management, preferably in ERP programs.
  • Strong understanding of ERP workstreams, including finance, supply chain, HCM, integrations, and testing cycles.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to collaborate with US stakeholders effectively.
  • Proficiency in O365 tools (Outlook, Teams, OneNote, SharePoint, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) to streamline project operations.
  • Experience with Azure DevOps and Jira for issue/risk tracking and escalation.
  • Skilled in prioritization, risk tracking, and escalation management to drive project success.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Hands-on experience coordinating D365 Finance & Supply Chain implementations to enhance technical skills.
  • Exposure to large-scale ERP or IT transformation programs to broaden professional expertise.
  • Experience working in global, cross-functional environments to develop cultural adaptability.

Qualification & Certification:

  • Bachelor's / Master's degree in IT, Computer Science, or Business Administration to establish a solid foundation.
  • Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) to demonstrate expertise and commitment to excellence.

As a skilled Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading large-scale ERP programs, preferably in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain. You will coordinate meetings, track project plans, and facilitate collaboration between business, IT, and vendor teams across multiple workstreams to drive successful project outcomes.
