We're seeking a visionary AI Systems Developer to spearhead the creation of innovative voice AI systems and intelligent agents. This pivotal role will involve crafting advanced AI models and systems that deliver exceptional user experiences through conversational interfaces.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and deploy cutting-edge AI-driven conversational agents
  • Create high-impact features that elevate user experiences
  • Establish end-to-end AI pipelines
  • Optimize AI systems for performance, scalability, and reliability
  • Collaborate on defining success metrics for AI features

Technical Requirements:

  • 5+ years of hands-on software engineering experience with Python or similar languages
  • Proven track record in building and scaling distributed systems in cloud environments
  • API design expertise
  • Proficiency with generative AI frameworks and tools
  • Demonstrated ability to write clean, maintainable code
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines, cloud platforms like AWS, and deployment automation
  • Familiarity with monitoring, observability, and production debugging tools
  • Knowledge of vector databases

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience in healthcare or financial services industries
  • Expertise in building AI voice assistants or conversational agents
  • Contributions to open-source AI projects or GitHub repositories demonstrating relevant work
  • Knowledge of multimodal AI systems combining text, voice, and other inputs
