AI Development Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled and autonomous AI developer with expertise in Python to design, develop, and deploy intelligent AI agents from scratch. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating custom algorithms and pipelines for machine learning models.

  • Create innovative AI agents and machine learning models using cutting-edge algorithms and data structures.
  • Better understand how to build efficient and scalable AI systems by designing and implementing AI components.
  • Develop high-quality Python code for AI development and model deployment.
  • Design and train AI models for various applications including NLP, decision trees, reinforcement learning, or agent-based systems.
  • Effectively integrate AI components with existing systems and APIs.
  • Enhance model performance, reliability, and scalability through continuous testing and evaluation.
  • Stay up to date with the latest advancements in AI research and best practices in AI development.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data engineers, product managers, and backend developers to achieve project goals.
Essential Qualifications
  • At least 3 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML development using Python.
  • A deep understanding of machine learning principles and their application in AI development.
  • Proven track record of developing AI systems without relying on third-party orchestration libraries.
  • Excellent coding skills in Python, including OOP, data structures, and design patterns.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex AI-related challenges.
