Gen AI Leadership Role

 

The ideal candidate will spearhead the development, deployment, and maintenance of cutting-edge General Artificial Intelligence (Gen AI) applications.

 

  • Drive innovation by designing, developing, and deploying Gen AI solutions using Azure AI services including Cognitive Search, Azure Machine Learning, and Azure OpenAI.
  • Possess a strong foundational knowledge in machine learning and deep neural networks.
  • Utilize Python and experience with machine learning/LLM/Gen AI libraries and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, Langchain, and NLP tools like SpaCy, NLTK.
  • Have hands-on experience with LlamaIndex, LangChain, or equivalent frameworks.
  • Cultivate advanced Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) based Gen AI solutions.
  • Possess a comprehensive understanding of LLMs, vector databases (like Chroma, Pinecone, Azure Cognitive Search), and embedding techniques.
  • Evaluate and implement different embedding models (Azure OpenAI, Cohere, etc.) and chunking strategies (fixed size, overlap-based, etc.).
  • Design agentic AI systems that can autonomously perform tasks, make decisions, and interact with other systems or users effectively.
  • Apply advanced fine-tuning methods such as Low-Rank Adaptation (LoRA), Quantized LoRA (QLoRA), and Pattern-Exploiting Training (PET) to optimize open-source models for specific tasks.
  • Collaborate with data engineers to ensure efficient data collection, preprocessing, and management for AI applications.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of developers, ensuring best practices in Gen AI development.

 

Requirements
  • Minimum 13 years of total experience; 5+ years of Gen AI experience.
  • Master's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.
