Backend Developer Position

We are seeking a skilled Backend Developer to drive the development of our scalable backend systems.

  • Create high-performance APIs that handle large data sets and high traffic
  • Troubleshoot production issues and identify root causes
  • Develop maintainable code that is easy to understand and modify

This position offers the opportunity to work with a variety of technologies including Java, Python, Go, Node.js, C#, Scala, AWS, OCI, Kubernetes, Docker, Kafka, RabbitMQ, and JavaScript. Collaboration with a global team of experienced engineers who are passionate about building cutting-edge technology is also possible.

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • 6+ years of experience in backend development with any modern language
  • Experience with scaled systems that didn't break under pressure
  • Cloud expertise (AWS, OCI, Kubernetes, Docker)
  • Distributed systems experience (Kafka, RabbitMQ)
  • Excellent English communication skills for our global team

Bonus points if you have:

  • Frontend knowledge (JavaScript, Vue.js)
  • Startup experience
  • Problem-solving mindset

The interview process will consist of four conversations, each lasting around 30-60 minutes. The conversations will cover system design, technical deep dive, code pairing, and culture chat. We welcome diverse backgrounds and perspectives - that's how we build great products.
