Job Description

A Senior Technology Architect/Principal Consultant is required to lead our engagement efforts in providing high-quality consulting solutions to customers.

As part of our team, your primary role will be to design, develop and deploy value-adding solutions to clients at different stages, from problem definition to solution implementation.

Responsibilities:
  1. Review proposals prepared by consultants and provide guidance on solution definitions.
  2. Analyze solutions defined for client business problems to identify potential risks and issues.
  3. Identify change management requirements and propose a structured approach to clients for managing change using multiple communication mechanisms.
  4. Celebrate successes with teams and motivate members through timely feedback and recognition for high performance.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Technical Requirements:
    • Good knowledge of software configuration management systems.
    • Strong business acumen, strategy and cross-industry thought leadership.
    • Awareness of latest technologies and industry trends.
  • Business Acumen:
    • Logical thinking and problem-solving skills along with an ability to collaborate.
    • Two or three industry domain knowledge.
    • Understanding of the financial processes for various types of projects and the various pricing models available.
  • Project and Team Management:
    • Client interfacing skills.
    • Knowledge of SDLC and agile methodologies.
Benefits:

  • Having hands-on experience with respect to defining Salesforce architecture, sharing alternative solution approaches, defining development best practices, participating and driving customer design review boards.
  • Prior implementation experience in Sales and Service Cloud.
  • Ability to manage and mentor a team of 10 to 15 members.
