We are looking for Senior Salesforce Data Cloud Integration Developer, who 5+ years of relevant experience and can join us with in 15 days of the notice.

Key Position Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and deploy data solutions within Salesforce Data Cloud, including data streams, data lakes, data transformations, and segmentation.
  • Work extensively with the Data Architecture, Data Platform and Data Engineering team to design data solutions that meet critical business objectives and deliver value.
  • Participate in the full SDLC for data projects, including requirements gathering, solution design, development, testing, and deployment.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, Salesforce developers, and other stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into technical solutions within Data Cloud.
  • Ensure efficiency of data processing within Data Cloud, both in performance and cost.
  • Configure and manage Data Cloud connectors, data streams, and transformations to ensure seamless data integration and unification.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to data quality, data flow, and performance within Salesforce Data Cloud.
  • Contribute to the development of technical documentation, including data flow diagrams, data dictionaries, and test plans.
  • Contribute and adhere to architecture and development guidelines and best practices for data management and governance within Data Cloud.
  • Stay up to date with the latest Salesforce Data Cloud features, capabilities, and best practices.
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to maintaining data quality and consistency standards within Data Cloud.

Team Member Requirements

Skills, Qualifications, Experience, Attributes

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in data management or Salesforce development, with a significant focus on Salesforce Data Cloud (or prior experience with Customer 360).
  • Strong understanding of data modelling, data warehousing concepts, and ETL processes.
  • Expert proficiency in Salesforce Data Cloud
  • Experience with various data integration patterns, data mapping, and transformation techniques.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Salesforce Data Cloud Consultant certification is highly desirable; other Salesforce certifications are a plus.
  • Understanding of data privacy and security best practices and experience implementing secure data solutions.
  • Collaborate with Data Governance and Enablement team to ensure adherence to best practices and guidelines
  • Experience with agile development methodologies.
  • Committed to ongoing learning and development

Special Requirements (if any)

  • Experience with working under GDPR or similar regulation a bonus.
  • Experience in Financial Services sector a bonus.
  • Experience with Data Catalogues, Jitterbit, dbt, and MuleSoft are desirable.
