Job Title: Client Servicing Executive

Experience: 1–2 Years

Location: Work From Home (Bangalore-based candidates only; must be open to in-person client meetings within Bangalore)

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented individual who can serve as a key link between clients and internal teams. In this role, you will help bring campaigns and events to life with excellence. Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring smooth communication and execution of deliverables.
  • Support the end-to-end management of projects, campaigns, and events.
  • Assist in handling client meetings and communications with professionalism and clarity.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure client requirements are met on time and to a high standard.
  • Manage social media accounts for clients – ensuring consistent, on-brand content and timely updates.
  • Plan, execute, and monitor social media campaigns to increase awareness, engagement, and conversions.
  • Bring in creative ideas and strategies to enhance clients' digital and offline presence.
  • Coordinate with vendors and production teams for event-related requirements.

What We're Looking For

  • 1–2 years of experience in client servicing, account management, marketing, or events (agency experience is a plus).
  • Strong understanding of event management and/or production is an added advantage.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – confident, articulate, and client-friendly.
  • Comfortable with field work and attending in-person meetings within Bangalore.
  • Outgoing personality with a passion for building strong client relationships.
