**Job Description:**

The scope of this role is to drive the business strategy for Government and Private Corporate Channels to achieve revenue & volume targets. The successful candidate will develop and execute plans to onboard new clients, create value propositions, and implement product development initiatives.

  • Responsible for achieving overall targets by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, nurturing leads through the sales team, and driving corporate sales in assigned geographies.
  • Develop strategies to increase patient base for the company through government and private corporate channels.
  • Plan the GTM (Go-to-Market) strategy for the channel and execute it on field.
  • Work with corporate clients to drive corporate sales and achieve targets.
  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities and nurture leads through the sales team.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • Experience in managing corporate sales preferred.
  • Qualification background: Graduate.
