Role Description

Responsibilities
  • Assist with day-to-day corporate secretarial tasks including preparing and maintaining statutory records.
  • Organize meetings and prepare meeting minutes.
  • Evaluate compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Support senior staff in managing corporate governance and administrative duties.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Understanding of corporate laws, regulatory requirements, and governance.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and document management software.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work under supervision.
  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Law, Management, or a related field.
