Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Network Infrastructure Manager to oversee the design, implementation, and management of our network infrastructure. The successful candidate will have expertise in managing complex network environments, including vendor routers, switches, SDWAN, and load balancers.

The ideal candidate will have experience implementing and managing private cloud network infrastructure in a multi-VR environment, supporting multiple overlapping private customer networks. They will also be responsible for ensuring secure network infrastructure adhering to HIPAA and PCI-DSS requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and manage multiple vendor routers, switches, SDWAN, and load balancers.
  • Implement, manage, and support private cloud network infrastructure in a multi-VR environment, supporting multiple overlapping private customer networks.
  • Ensure secure network infrastructure adhering to HIPAA and PCI-DSS requirements.
  • Maintain and support a multi-tenant private cloud infrastructure supporting multiple overlapping private customer networks.
  • Directly communicate with customers, hardware/software vendors, and service providers.

Requirements

  • Mastery level expertise in network infrastructure design, implementation, and management.
  • Knowledge of industry trends and ability to apply concepts in support of business requirements.
  • Ability to find solutions to isolate, resolve, and prevent complex network transport problems.
  • Leadership skills to lead troubleshooting efforts within the data center network, external to the data center over various WAN connectivity methods, and over Internet-based connectivity.
  • Ability to independently review and verify changes/solutions of high complexity and ensure governance and change management practices are followed.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
