Network Operations Team Lead

Job Overview:

  • We are seeking an experienced Network Operations Team Lead to oversee our network infrastructure and teams.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for managing WAN network environments, ensuring secure and reliable connectivity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of engineers in the planning, implementation, and maintenance of complex network systems.
  • Monitor and analyze network performance metrics using monitoring, logging, and analytical tools.
  • Plan and perform network infrastructure assessments.
  • Implement network monitoring tools and authentication tools.
  • Apply network best practices and harden network devices.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of Network architectures, Operational processes, and Configurations.
  • Standardize and update network documents and reports.
  • Document Network HLD / LLD documents.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior engineers, fostering a culture of learning and collaboration.
  • Identify automation opportunities and plan to implement.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in network operations or a related field.
  • Proven track record of leading teams and managing complex network projects.
  • Strong knowledge of network protocols, architectures, and technologies.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
