**Job Description:**

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing network infrastructure operations and leading new technology rollouts. This includes troubleshooting and resolving L2 issues involving firewalls, WLAN, and switches, as well as escalating unresolved issues to L3 SMEs and coordinating with vendors.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Manage network infrastructure operations and lead new technology rollouts.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

Our ideal candidate will have a B.Sc or equivalent with strong networking fundamentals. They will also require level 2 support experience in Cisco R&S, ASA, WLAN, and Nexus, as well as certifications like CCNP Security/Wireless, F5 CTS, or RCPE. Proficient communication skills, process compliance, escalation handling, and shift reporting are also essential.
