Senior Training Lead

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our training programs and drive business growth through effective learning solutions.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-impact training sessions, leading end-to-end learning & engagement programs, and coaching trainers for consistent delivery. Key objectives include:
- Designing and delivering new training modules that align with organizational goals
- Conducting needs assessments to identify skill gaps and define training requirements
- Collaborating with stakeholders to develop and implement comprehensive learning strategies
To succeed in this role, the ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field, 8-10 years' experience in L&D or HR, and strong facilitation, program management & stakeholder engagement skills. They will also possess the ability to inspire, coach, and drive continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing training plans that meet business objectives
- Leading cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality training programs
- Maintaining records of training participation and performance metrics
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree (HR preferred)
- 8–10 years' experience in L&D or HR

- Ability to inspire, coach, and drive continuous improvement
