Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Chartered Accountants/Bachelor's Degree/Postgraduate Diploma in Finance from a Tier 1 or 2 institution with at least four to seven years of post-qualification experience in treasury advisory, finance tech, SAP practice with expertise in Treasury Management System (TMS/TRM).
  • A deep understanding of treasury policies, processes, procedures, and reporting requirements preferably in SAP TRM/TMS environment.
  • Familiarity with commodities and financial products is an added advantage.
  • A thorough knowledge of any treasury system like SAP TRM in ECC as well as in SAP S/4 Hana with prior TRM configuration experience of at least two end-to-end implementations for specific components of the treasury is essential for this role.
  • Proficiency in cash and liquidity management, in-house bank setup, Notional and Physical Cash pooling, borrowings management, investments management, Bank Communication Management within SAP environment.
  • A basic to moderate level of understanding of Spot and Derivative market operations for interest rates and foreign exchange products including risk management and valuation aspects.
  • Excellent communication skills to interact with senior management and high levels of commitment to work.
Responsibilities and Expectations
  • The candidate will configure the system based on blueprinting documents.
  • Support assignments/engagements involving international corporate organizations in TMS/SAP TRM and Risk Management implementation from a technical-functional perspective.
  • Support Treasury and Risk Management implementations including setting up treasury functions.
  • Take-up business development initiatives and create proposals, responses to Requests for Proposal, thought leaderships, etc.
  • Have strong communication skills and confidence to interact independently with executive-level management.
  • Coach junior team members to ensure excellent client delivery while enabling their career development.

This position is based out of Mumbai and the candidate must be open to domestic and international travel.
