Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage margin calls and optimize collateral management to minimize risk.
  • Perform thorough reconciliations across multiple products and platforms, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Execute and monitor internal transfers, guaranteeing smooth settlements and compliance.
  • Oversee payment processing and SWIFT transactions, maintaining high standards of compliance and precision.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve discrepancies and drive efficiency.
  • Support Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation and compliance processes, ensuring seamless operations.
  • Provide expert support in foreign exchange transactions and related treasury operations, adding value to the organization.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • 3–4 years of relevant experience in cash management, treasury, or derivatives operations.
  • In-depth understanding of margin models, collateral management, and reconciliations.
  • Familiarity with financial products – derivatives (futures, forwards, options, swaps), FX, and related instruments.
  • Hands-on experience with payment systems, SWIFT, and settlement processes.
  • Exposure to KYC requirements and compliance frameworks.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and other financial tools; familiarity with treasury/settlement systems is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
