We are seeking an experienced Database Architect with 1 to 3 years of strong expertise in designing, optimizing, and managing scalable databases.

The ideal candidate will have skills in architecting secure, high-performance databases ensuring data integrity and supporting AI-driven applications.

You will collaborate closely with our AI/Engineering teams to optimize storage, retrieval, and analytics pipelines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop scalable database architectures (SQL & NoSQL) that ensure data security, compliance, backup, and disaster recovery.
  • Optimize database queries, indexing, and performance tuning for efficient data retrieval.
  • Build and maintain ETL pipelines to support AI/ML and analytics workflows.
  • Collaborate with AI engineers on vector databases and RAG pipelines.
  • Integrate databases with APIs, CRMs, and external systems.
  • Monitor database health, troubleshoot issues, and improve reliability.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Strong proficiency with SQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MSSQL).
  • Experience with NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Cassandra, DynamoDB).
  • Knowledge of vector databases is a plus.
  • Expertise in database optimization, indexing, and partitioning.
  • Solid understanding of ETL processes, data pipelines, and data modeling.
  • Experience with cloud database services.
  • Familiarity with backup, replication, and high availability strategies.
  • Strong Python/SQL scripting skills for automation.
