Digital Transformation Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to drive the digital transformation of our H2R processes across the Asia Pacific region.
The ideal candidate will have 4 to 6 years of experience in HR processes with digital transformation initiatives, along with a solid understanding of emerging technologies like automation, artificial intelligence, data analytics, cloud platforms, and process reengineering.
This role is critical for enhancing operational efficiency, improving service delivery, and ensuring the seamless integration of digital solutions within the H2R function.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify opportunities for digitalization and automation in H2R processes, such as payroll, employee lifecycle management, onboarding, offboarding, and benefits administration.
- Design an implementation plan for digital tools like RPA, AI, and low-code/no-code platforms to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and align digital solutions accordingly.
- Leverage data analytics to monitor key performance indicators and evaluate the effectiveness of digital solutions.
- 4 to 6 years of relevant experience in H2R processes, with a focus on digital transformation, process optimization, and automation.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
- Strong understanding of Lean, Six Sigma, and other process improvement methodologies.
- Proven track record in managing large-scale digitalization projects, with experience in Agile methodologies being highly desirable.
