Manufacturing Digitization Lead

This role plays a pivotal part in PepsiCo's digital transformation agenda across multiple regions.

The successful candidate will have strong leadership skills to set priorities, influence stakeholders, drive solution adoption, deliver measurable value, and ensure continuity of manufacturing operations.

  • Serve as the strategic IT partner to Markets/Business Units, ensuring technology initiatives are fully aligned with business priorities and goals.
  • Lead the deployment, stabilization, and adoption of digital manufacturing solutions (e.g., DVC, GE shop floor solutions).
  • Drive end-to-end implementation of shop floor solutions in line with PepsiCo's Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and sector transformation strategies.
  • Ensure digital solutions are integrated with business processes and operations to deliver measurable value and efficiency.
  • Oversee project delivery by tracking progress, anticipating risks, and driving timely resolution of roadblocks.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field preferred.
  • 10–12 years of relevant IT experience, with strong exposure to manufacturing digitization and shop floor automation.
  • In-depth understanding of manufacturing processes and digital transformation within plant environments.
  • Hands-on experience deploying shop floor/industrial digitization programs (e.g., MES, SCADA, GE shop floor automation solutions).
  • Proven ability to operate effectively in matrixed organizations and collaborate with geographically dispersed teams.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to influence at multiple levels.
