Job Title

We are seeking an exceptional Product Manager to lead our Debit Card products and drive revenue growth through innovative propositions and strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of consumer-facing products, experience in product management, and the ability to construct a compelling product roadmap that aligns with customer needs.

">Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute product strategies to maximize revenue and profitability across various product suites.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to build best-in-class customer-centric value propositions.
  • Design and implement seamless onboarding experiences, track key metrics, and develop targeted interventions using big data and AI.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to achieve product launches and continuous improvement goals.
  • Maintain a keen eye for numbers and derive insights to inform product decisions.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

">Requirements
  • A minimum of 6+ years of solid product management experience in consumer-facing products, preferably in card product management.
  • Strong analytical skills, with a grasp of statistical techniques for experimentation and analysis.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to negotiate complex topics and resolve conflicts.
  • Working knowledge of SQL, databases, and MS Office, with experience in day-to-day analysis and tracking.

Education:
The ideal candidate should hold a Full-time Masters Degree from a Tier 1 Business School, majoring in Finance, Marketing, Management, or Business Administration.
