Job Title: Compliance Policy Lead

Description:

The Process Policy Lead will be responsible for ensuring the adherence to various regulations and guidelines related to liabilities and payment products. This includes working on process and policy frameworks for products such as Savings Accounts, Fixed Deposits, Debit Cards, and Payment Products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and adhere to all compliance-related items and assist in internal and external audits.
  • Strengthen systems, controls, and processes for robust internal and external compliance.
  • Liaise with different departments to ensure adherence to RBI circulars.
  • Have a good understanding of RBI Processes & Policies, Audit Parameters, AML Guidelines, Fraud Management.
  • Be responsible for regulatory reporting related to policies and processes, including reporting to RBI / AML / CPU Teams.
  • Determine the impact of introducing new or revised policies for Branches / Customers / Products.
  • Serve as a focal point to ensure continuity, proper integration, and implementation of new or revised policies and processes.
  • Build synergies and efficiencies through customer-centric processes.
  • Interact and coordinate with multiple product teams and business functions for effective delivery within specified timelines.
  • Draft and review process guidelines for Product Teams; act as a mediator for answering questions related to policies and processes.
  • Identify duplicate, redundant, and unproductive tasks in processes to reduce costs and improve productivity of front-line staff.

Requirements:

  • Good understanding of RBI Processes & Policies, Audit Parameters, AML Guidelines, Fraud Management.
  • Ability to implement and adhere to all compliance-related items.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills.
