Expert ServiceNow Solutions Architect Wanted

We are seeking an exceptional and experienced professional to lead the development, implementation, and optimization of ServiceNow solutions across the enterprise.

The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in ServiceNow architecture, modules, and best practices, driving digital transformation initiatives with a collaborative team.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Plan and manage sprint cycles, allocate tasks to developers, and provide technical guidance and support.
  • Collaborate with platform owners to prioritize and manage backlogs effectively.
  • Capture task requirements and coordinate their delivery with the team.
  • Possess hands-on knowledge of ITSM module best practices, with GRC being advantageous.
  • Be an accomplished scrum master/agile delivery expert with profound ServiceNow experience.
  • Design and implement ServiceNow solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Establish and maintain ServiceNow platform standards, architecture, and governance.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable ServiceNow solutions.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams.
  • Evaluate platform performance, scalability, and security, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Oversee integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems, ensuring seamless connectivity.
  • Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices, promoting high-quality deliverables.
  • Stay current with ServiceNow releases and new features, recommending adoption when appropriate.
  • Support incident, problem, and change management processes within ServiceNow, fostering a culture of excellence.
Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum 7+ years of experience with ServiceNow, including 3+ years in an architect role.
  • Strong understanding of ServiceNow modules, such as ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, HRSD, CSM, and others.
  • Proven experience in designing and implementing ServiceNow workflows, business rules, and integrations.
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator and Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in one or more modules.
  • Experience with scripting languages (JavaScript, GlideScript) and web technologies (REST, SOAP, HTML, CSS).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas simply.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices, promoting collaboration and efficiency.
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and enterprise architecture frameworks, enhancing service delivery.
  • Experience in regulated industries (e.g., Manufacturing) is highly beneficial, bringing valuable insights and expertise.
