Job Description\

The role of a Senior Financial Strategist is crucial in shaping the financial future of an organization. As a key member of the leadership team, you will be responsible for leading end-to-end ownership across various finance functions including FP&A, Business Finance, Internal Controls, Compliance, Reporting, and Taxation.

\

This high-impact role requires you to lead with an AI-first mindset, proactively applying automation and intelligence in finance operations. You will work directly with leaders, drive strategic initiatives, and build a modern, AI-empowered finance function for scale.

\Key Responsibilities:\
  • \
  • Lead quarterly and annual budgeting across all functions, aligning with company growth and margin goals using AI-enabled planning tools.\
  • Build robust forecasting models for revenue, costs, and cash runway.\
  • Track key SaaS metrics – LTV, CAC, NRR, payback period, contribution margins, ROI on marketing spends etc using AI tools for real-time insights.\
  • Drive variance analysis, scenario planning, and cost-benefit assessments for strategic decisions.\
  • Support pricing, hiring, and expansion plans through data-backed financial insights and building playbooks.\
  • Develop reporting frameworks and dashboards to deliver actionable insights to leadership and function heads.\
  • Promote financial discipline and budgeting ownership across teams through clear planning processes.\
  • Research on international taxes and advise the business on the same.\

In addition to these responsibilities, you will also manage cash flow to support business continuity and growth, monitor monthly runway, and optimize working capital and the cash conversion cycle using AI-led process improvements.

\Required Skills and Qualifications\

  • Prior experience in Business finance is required.\
  • Excellent written and oral articulation.\
  • Highly competent in working with cross-functional teams.\

  • Experience or strong interest in applying AI in finance workflows.\
