Business Operations Manager for Founder's Office

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Operations Manager to join our Founder's Office team at Dozee. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in project management and will be responsible for executing key projects and managing end-to-end execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Founder in executing key projects and managing end-to-end execution.
- Collaborate and follow up with cross-functional teams to tackle high-priority tasks.
- Plan and review projects & processes, analyze any red flags and organize interventions to keep things on track.
- Shadow the Founder on all key external and internal meetings and ensure detailed documentation and follow-ups.
- Complete a broad variety of administrative tasks including managing calendars & appointments, managing correspondence, complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries, etc.
- Handling any other ad hoc duties or tasks delegated by the management to ensure smooth operations and support their productivity.
- Design, develop, and sustain data trackers and dashboards.
- Maintain a high degree of confidentiality and integrity.
Requirements:
- MBA/BE/Btech from a Premier Institute with 2-4 years of project management experience preferably in a similar role.
- Self-starter with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent business acumen.
- Should be technically sound.
- Advanced Proficiency in Google Suite and Excel.
- Very strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to hustle & get their hands dirty, and comfortable with ambiguity.
- Willing to travel extensively - Domestic and International.
- Flexible to work in different time zones.
