Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of database developers, ensuring the delivery of robust and scalable database solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

This role requires a deep understanding of relational databases, including data modeling, indexing, partitioning, and query optimization.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Database Design and Development: The ideal candidate will have a strong background in database design, development, and optimization, with experience in leading large-scale database projects.
  • Team Management: Proven ability to manage and motivate a team of database developers, ensuring timely delivery of projects.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work closely with business users, DBAs, front-end developers, testers, and business analysts.
  • Languages and Tools: Strong knowledge of SQL, PL/SQL, and Oracle technologies, with hands-on experience in implementing Life insurance solutions.
