Job Title

As a seasoned database professional, you will be responsible for leading a team of resources to design, develop, and implement robust database solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and participate in technical design discussions.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and high-performance database solutions.
  • Document technical designs, data flows, and process logic for long-term support and maintenance.
  • Perform query optimization and performance tuning using various tools and techniques.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in database development, with at least 1 year in the life insurance domain.
  • Hands-on experience with PL/SQL and strong documentation skills.
  • Solid understanding of relational database management system concepts, indexing, partitioning, and data modeling.

Familiarity with insurance life cycle knowledge and MIS requirements is highly desirable. We are looking for a skilled professional who can lead our team and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
