We are looking for a highly skilled Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 7-10 years of experience in marketing, preferably in healthcare, hospitality, consumer services, or mission-driven organizations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with our organization's mission and business objectives. This includes:

  • Translating organizational priorities into actionable campaigns that balance brand building with measurable lead conversions & patient acquisition.
  • Establishing clear marketing metrics to track performance, patient engagement, and ROI.
  • Collaborating with clinical teams and the Branding & Communications (B&C) team to ensure alignment across all messaging, campaigns, and initiatives.

In addition, the Marketing Manager will be responsible for leading digital marketing initiatives across social media, paid ads, SEO/SEM, and website content to build visibility and generate leads. They will also enhance existing Digital Marketing channels and identify potential new channels.

Key qualifications include:

  • Strong understanding of both brand building and performance marketing.
  • Ability to manage multi-channel marketing (digital + offline) - with Minimum 4 years of Digital Marketing experience.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
  • Proven ability to design campaigns that balance creativity with measurable business impact.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data, patient insights, and campaign performance.
