We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Homecare Nurse to join our team. As a homecare nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in the comfort of their own homes. 6. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and collaboration.
7. Participate in quality assurance programs to continually improve patient outcomes and services offered.
Requirements
To succeed as a Homecare Nurse with us, you will need:
1. A recognized nursing qualification (e.g., BSc Nursing) and current registration with the relevant nursing authority.
2. Proven experience in homecare nursing or a related field, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality patient care.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients, families, and colleagues.
4. Strong assessment and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound judgments.
5. Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to meeting changing patient needs.
