Compassionate Nursing Care Professional

As a dedicated and compassionate nursing care professional, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care while collaborating with our healthcare team to ensure the best possible outcomes. Your primary duties will include assessing patients' health needs, providing personalized nursing care to those who are sick, disabled, recovering, or injured, maintaining accurate medical records, implementing effective nursing care plans, and educating patients on self-care and wellness.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recording vital signs and symptoms
  • Administering medications and treatments
  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams for comprehensive patient care
  • Performing point-of-care tests and analyzing results
  • Conducting thorough nursing assessments and developing individualized care plans
  • Monitoring patients' progress and adjusting care plans as needed
  • Providing emotional support and education to patients and their families
  • Maintaining inventory and supplies of medical equipment
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Basic computer literacy and familiarity with electronic medical records
  • GNM Nursing/BSc Nursing/M.Sc Nursing degree or equivalent
