Experienced Critical Care Units Nurse Wanted

**Key Responsibilities**
Our organization is seeking a skilled and dedicated Critical Care Units Nurse to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, including monitoring vital signs, assisting with surgical procedures, and maintaining accurate records.
1. Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing various medical procedures, and collaborating with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient plans.
2. Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient interactions, treatments, and outcomes, ensuring timely and efficient communication with other healthcare professionals.
3. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care, resolve issues, and ensure seamless transitions between departments.
4. Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development and implementation of evidence-based practices that enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
**Requirements**
To succeed in this role, you must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You should also have strong problem-solving skills, a commitment to delivering high-quality care, and the capacity to maintain confidentiality and adhere to strict standards of professionalism.
1. Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN) or equivalent qualification.
2. Current licensure as a registered nurse (RN) in the applicable state/province.
3. At least 1-2 years of experience working in a critical care setting, preferably in an ICU or CCU environment.
4. Strong understanding of critical care principles, including hemodynamic monitoring, mechanical ventilation, and cardiovascular disease management.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders, including patients, families, healthcare providers, and administrative staff.
6. Ability to prioritize tasks efficiently, manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously, and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
7. Basic life support certification (BLS) and advanced cardiovascular life support certification (ACLS).
8. Proficiency in electronic health record systems (EHRs) and other relevant software applications.
