Job Description

As a dedicated and compassionate Nurse, you will provide exceptional care to children and women in a safe and supportive environment. This is a unique opportunity to join a team of healthcare professionals who are passionate about delivering high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding patient care in various settings, including OPD, IPD, NICU/PICU, and Pediatrics wards.
  • Monitor patient conditions, record vital signs accurately, and identify any potential health risks.
  • Administer medications and injections as prescribed by doctors, ensuring the highest level of patient safety.
  • Collaborate with doctors during procedures and surgeries, providing support and maintaining a sterile environment.
  • Educate parents and families about child health and post-treatment care, promoting informed decision-making and healthy behaviors.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, adhering to hospital protocols and standards.
  • Ensure compliance with hospital policies, safety guidelines, and infection control practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Holds a valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
  • Possesses a GNM/B.Sc in Nursing degree.
  • Has a minimum of 1–2 years of experience in pediatric or maternity nursing, with a strong preference for candidates with prior experience in these fields.
  • Demonstrates excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
