  • Our organization is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our team.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of child development principles, and the ability to work effectively with children, parents, and other healthcare professionals. A Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program, along with relevant experience working with children with developmental challenges, is essential for this role.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of children's abilities using standardized tools and clinical observations.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans based on assessment findings and child/family goals.
  • Provide direct occupational therapy interventions, including therapeutic activities and sensory integration techniques.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes.
  • Collaborate with parents/caregivers to develop and implement home programs.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Valid license to practice Occupational Therapy in India.
  • Experience working with children with developmental challenges.
  • Knowledge of pediatric assessment tools and treatment techniques.
